Spacieux, non bruyant, confortable et à proximité de commerces, conforme à ce qui était proposé. Très bien accueilli. Échanges faciles, ce qui est plutôt rassurant.

La struttura si trova a due passi da via Toledo ed è comodissima per raggiungere tutti i posti più iconici del centro, soprattutto è vicino alla metro! La casa pulitissima è molto ampia!

O imóvel estava limpo, a cama era confortável. Toalhas limpas. A localização do imóvel também é muito boa, como na descrição. Está no centro do Quarteirão Espanhol.
O imóvel tem 66 grandes degraus, da rua, para acesso. Está localizado no 3° andar. Se o futuro visjante tiver algum problema de mobilidade, considere esse fato. O chuveiro pouco esquentava e o seu aquecimento era instável. Houve a cobrança de 40 euros pelo checkin após 21:00. Apesar de previsto na descrição, achei um pouco exagerado (somos turistas e estamos sujeitos a imprevistos).
