The cottage looked even better than in the pictures. My family and I had a very comfortable stay. The place is very close to town and the 1820 Settlers' Monument. The place came equipped with amenities and extras to make our stay extra comfortable.
The owner also made sure everything was set and ready before our arrival, and if we needed anything, she was just a call away. Overall, we had a lovely stay and will definitely book the property again should we travel to Makhanda
The stairs to the upper bedroom in the cottage were a little narrow and steep

It was a perfect stay! They bent over backwards to make sure everything was as I needed, and everyone was extremely kind. It's a beautiful property with really impressive rooms and facilities, and everything seems to be very well-run and organized.
