Urban Zen Great Location

The room was really nice and clean. Very cozy.

The owner did not mow their lawn. It looked very overgrown. Also, the trash cans were out by the road the entire time even after the garbage truck came. It would have looked much better putting them away and getting them off the curb. No ac in the bedroom. The air conditioning was in the living area and it couldn’t cool the bedroom. Make sure to use that fan in the closet to cool you down while sleeping in the summer or else you’ll be too hot.

The location was very close to restaurants, and other places I was interested in seeing, like Beale Street. The apartment was very clean, and the WiFi worked great. The property managers are super helpful and nice.

The only thing that I didn’t necessarily like was the tight squeeze of the driveway to access the parking lot; however, that is more of a structural issue, and cannot be controlled. Otherwise the stay was great!
