We booked this flat for some friends of ours-a family with 2 children.They only stayed 2 nights,and were very pleased with the stay,the flat was clean, the internet was working, everything was fine for a short stay.
The location was ok for us,because we wanted to book something close to our flat,but if you want to visit the city,you are a bit far (3.5 km).If you want to visit the city center you need either a car, or you have to take the bus.

Die vier Schlafzimmer ,die Größe der Wohnung und die Sauberkeit.
Bei der Größe müsste eigentlich eine Spülmaschine in der Wohnung sein und es war kein Wasserkocher da .

Ruhiges Haus mit ruhiger Umgebung, die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, die Küche war ausreichen für 8 Personen ausgestattet, getrenntes WC und Bad war super für eine Wohnung mit so vielen Schlafzimmern, Betten waren bequem (mittelhart-weich), Steckdosen am Bett vorhanden, Abstellraum mit Staubsauger etc. war recht praktisch, nette Terrasse, unweit ist eine Bushaltestelle mit guter Verbindung in die Innenstadt.
Wasser spritzt in allen Bädern in alle Himmelsrichtungen, insb. an der Badewanne! Im Sommer ist es sehr heiß in der Dachwohnung, jedoch standen Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Wohnung ist insgesamt aktuell recht abgenutzt und könnte mal neu gestrichen werden.
