The property is brand new and extra clean. And I believe that even my car loved the parking lot surrounded by flowers and trees. ☺️
And you can reach in Syvota city center or to the supermarkets by foot. No need of a car.
And the lady who owns the property - she is such a kind and generous lady. I had such a bad day when I arrived and she listened to me ❤️
And the ladies that are doing the cleaning- they are such respectful and cleaning everything. They even prepared me a surprise (check in photos)
I loved the surroundings, the location and the interiors. Still, for the people who like quiet and arranged surroundings, just keep in mind that it is like a village and sometimes you will hear chickens talking. I lived the sounds as I was raised in the country side. And for me it was like being again a child.

Beautiful, clean, quiet and thoughtfully renovated/built! Pool was always clean and hotel was within walking distance from Syvota. Ms Chrysa was always present for any issues raised and she was happy to help with everything.

Chrysa was a lovely host, always with a friendly greeting and offering to help if we needed anything.
The property is ideally located for Syvota, just a 10 minute walk into the town where there are many supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
Our two favourite beaches (Ammos and Bella Vraka) were about 25 minutes walk away
The shower was amazing, one you never wanted to step out of!
Housekeeping service was exceptional with towels frequently replaced and always with a new 'towel sculpture'
A small condiment pack (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar) for the kitchenette would have been appreciated (minor point)
