Smart London Townhouse

We were messed around by a previous booking so booked this accomodation with very little notice. Victoria responded instantly and was at the address to welcome us in within 15 minutes of making contact. We were made to feel completely at home and use encouraged to use the house as if it was our own. Great value for money and couldn’t recommend more

On our first night the other guests in the house came home late and made a lot of noise with little consideration for us in the room next door. Of course this was not at fault of the owner, but just be aware you may be sharing with other guests as well

I stayed here for two nights while attending a Wimbledon quarter-final. The accommodation is a shared house with private bedrooms and separate private bathrooms located outside each room. Everything was clean and the stay was comfortable. The highlight of my stay was definitely Victor. He was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond by offering me a lift to Wimbledon and even offering to pick me up afterwards. His kindness and generosity were genuinely appreciated and made me feel very welcome. The accommodation itself is good and offers good value for a short stay. While it may not have all the comforts of a hotel, it is clean, practical and well suited for anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in London. One additional advantage is that street parking is available. I had no difficulty finding a space during my stay, which was a welcome bonus. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would happily recommend it.

The shared kitchen and living areas could benefit from a little more attention, although this didn't have a significant impact on my stay.
