One bedroom Condo Suite in Bacolod City

Easy to get to and many shops nearby even McDonalds. Private parking and security. Felt safe. Room was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Thank you Jessa.

The owner was so kind. My family used the property for rest and refresh after taking care of me at the hospital. My family got a aound sleep while at the property. The unit is spacious and clean amenities ate available with toiletries. I requested for 24/7 parking and the owner give me a discount.

We had a great stay at Jessa’s unit. The condo was noticeably bigger than most accommodations in the area, which made our stay very comfortable. The host was efficient, responsive, and easy to deal with, and overall our experience was excellent. We originally stayed from December 15–19, and when we returned for another stay from December 22–28, Jessa even surprised us with a small gift, which we truly appreciated. The unit is a one-bedroom condo located in Messavire. As a minor note, there was a slight smell coming from the sink, but this didn’t come as a surprise to us as we’ve experienced similar issues in other places, including where we’ve lived in Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai. Overall, it was a great stay. Messavire does have quite a lot of rules, which future travelers should be aware of, but this is completely outside the host’s control. We would still highly recommend Jessa’s place and would gladly stay again.
