Gute Lage, schöner Garten, unsere Wohnung Nr. 3 hatte nur einen kleinen Sitzplatz (Terrasse mit Tisch und 4 Stühlen). Die schöne Terrasse mit Gartenanteil gehörte zur Wohnung Nr.1.Der Pool (ca.6x9) war angenehm beheizt. Allerdings waren die offiziell angegebenen Poolzeiten von 10-13 und 15-19 Uhr sehr einschränkend. Schöne großzügige Wohnung im 1 Stock.
Die Klimaanlage schien sich bei Überlastung auszustellen. Die vorhandenen Mückengitter waren schwierig handzuhaben und teilweise defekt. Wir waren 9 Nächte dort, es erfolgte kein Handtuchtausch, keine Reinigung nach z.B. 1 Woche. Es gab kein Geschirrhandtuch, keinen Stöpsel für das Spülbecken in der Küche. Die Kücheneinrichtung war sehr alt. Z.B. brummte der Kühlschrank extrem laut, glücklicherweise stand er separat, so dass wir die Tür schließen konnten.

Host super gentile e ospitale, bellissimo lo spazio all aperto, comodo come posizione vicino a marina di Cecina e facilmente raggiungibili in auto san Gimignano e Volterra, posti incantevoli. Pulita con tutti i comfort che servono ( non c’è il forno ma solo il microonde)
Da specificare che la piscina non è utilizzabile prima di maggio ed è in condivisione con i proprietari, che va bene ma ecco non aspettarsi di viverla in autonomia.
