The place was quiet, close to the main highway and highly secured. The staff was very polite, and helpful. The place was clean as well
I'm a host myself and believe they can do better. Provisions like sugar, coffee or tea bags would be a plus if were present and also a hot water kettle/jug if not a hot water dispenser
