I recently had the pleasure of staying in the white moon hotel, and it was an outstanding experience! From the moment we arrived, staff greeted us with warm hospitality and professionalism. The rooms were impeccably clean, well designed, spacious and equipped with all modern amenities. The food was delicious, offering a variety of options that catered to different tastes. The service was prompt and attentive, making us feel valued as a guest Overall a good property

Perfect Stay Location for Jaipur

All staff were very soft spoken and helpful. Arranged a very beautiful Anniversary Decoration in room on request.. Very near to metro stations and tourist places.. Great suggestion to all to visit this place😊

It was okayish but could have been way better.

Since hotel is quite newly built and opened just few months back, property was clean. Rooms were big compared to the photos.

We stayed there for 2 days. First day, they gave everything on demand but second day when I asked them for free toiletries, the receptionist said that we have provided u yesterday. What does that even mean???Everyday u have to provide new if a customer is asking for it considering it's a new day booking. Also we asked them to change the room for second day but he refused which is quite weird bcoz all others rooms were available as there was no customer that day.

Good value for money in a quiet area a bit outside the city centre

Room was sufficiently clean and spacious. Upon arrival we had to request and extra cleaning of the bathroom, which then was ok. The neighbourhood is reasonably quiet and residential, but close to the metro and street with rickshaw taxis and a small supermarket. Overall good value for money.

Staff could be more fluent in English. That we had to request an extra cleaning of the bathroom upon arrival was not optimal. The check-in could have been better prepared, and payment with credit card would have been helpful.

What an amazing experience, the staff are so attentive and truly make your stay beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel for the staff, cleanliness, restaurants and overall ambience. The food in all restaurants was amazing and the staff are very helpful
