This is what true hospitality looks like. Everyone was incredibly kind, cheerful, understanding, professional, and genuinely willing to help. They didn’t just solve the problem — they made me feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. They managed to calm me down, completely change my mood, and actually make me smile again. This is my first hospitality experience in Bali, so I cannot compare Avana with other hotels or say how situations like this are generally handled here. What I can compare it with is my experience back in my own country — and I can genuinely say that many professionals in the tourism and hospitality industry back home could learn a lot from the way the team at Avana handled this situation and, more importantly, from the way they treat their guests. What impressed me the most is that even when something went wrong, they managed to turn it into an experience that actually made me appreciate my stay even more. To me, that says much more about a hotel than everything simply being perfect from the beginning. A huge congratulations to the entire team. ❤️ Thank you for making me feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Despite the difficult start to the morning, you completely turned the situation around and made me even happier with my overall experience here. 10/10. The view was 100/10 amazing. We loved the 2 floor set up and how the sun never goes directly on your face throughout the day

The staff were amazing! Special shout out to Edi & Julie. Both went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as perfect as possible. Location/views are unreal! The food was incredible. Every meal was a hit! Attention to detail, always asking if we could use anything or needed anything.
