Not so nice as in reality

View was very nice. It is good that this hotel has private beach and unbrella is given to each. But unfortunately, the beach is far, approx 30 min to go.

Very poor breakfast, food is cold. Beds extremely hard, pillows too big. Rooms not so clean, with black hair left. AC didn’t work in the room

Short but nice stay.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Service was good. The 'petulas' and vegetable omelette for breakfast were very tasty. We mentioned that we don’t eat pork, and it wasn’t a problem. If that’s important to you, you should be very vigilant in some parts of Albania.

Breakfast was not a buffet. You should order it in Hotel's restaurant - but that was OK.

Pierwszy lecz na pewno nie ostatni pobyt w Albanii.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą przed przyjazdem i w trakcie pobytu. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Pokój bardzo czysty. Codziennie zmieniane ręczniki, a pościel co 3-ci dzień. Na miejscu serwowane dobre śniadania. Polecam!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene anche in reception: il personale è stato molto gentile. Bellissimo balcone ampio con vista sulla strada principale. Le finestre insonorizzate isolavano perfettamente dai rumori esterni una volta chiuse. L’hotel era molto pulito. Parcheggio scoperto privato disponibile davanti all’hotel.

Mancava l’ascensore, stanza un po’ piccolina. Colazione non con tante scelte ma va bene.

Elképesztően kedves a személyzet. Mindenben készséggel álltak rendelkezésünkre, bármilyen kérdéssel fordultam hozzájuk. A szoba tisztasága, felszereltsége, mérete teljesen rendben volt. Nagyon jó, hogy egy kicsit kívül esik a forgalmas városrészről. Annak ellenére, hogy a főút mellett helyezkedik el, egy csendes, nyugodtnak mondható környéken van, ahol a közelben kisboltok, nagyon jó éttermek találhatóak. A reggeli nagyon finom volt, de a választék lehetett volt egy kicsivel bőségesebb.

Talán a reggeli kínálata volt az, ami egy kicsit negatívnak mondható.

Colazione discreta ma potrebbe essere più varia. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole: lo consiglio, con qualche riserva.

Şehir merkezine yakın ve temizdi. Kahvaltı iyiydi

Asansör yoktu. Üst katlara çıkmak zor oldu. İki odalı yer ayarlamıştım. Ama odalar iç içeydi. Banyo yapmak için bir odadan diğerine geçmek gerekiyor. Tek odayı bölüp kapı takmışlar çift odalı gibi satıyorlar.

Хотелът се намира на главната улица, но не е в центъра, което е голям позитив (има пространство, паркинг пред самата сграда, няма шум от заведения и не е претрупано с хора). Същевременно е на 5 мин. пеша от центъра. В непосредствена близост има супермаркети и много заведения. Домакините са прекрасни мили хора, с лично отношение и създават усещане за спокойствие и приятелска атмосфера. Изключителна чистота както в общите части, така и в стаите. Всеки ден се сменят кърпи и стаята се почиства перфектно!

Плажовете наоколо са претъпкани и се наложи да ходим с кола до по-далечни плажове, което не е съвсем отрицателен отзив, тъй като около Ксамил има невероятни плажове, които не бихме потърсили, ако можехме да ползваме близките.

Buon soggiorno, ma sconsiglio la mezza pensione

La struttura è buona, molto pulita, con camera spaziosa e terrazzino con poltroncine e stendino. È in posizione centrale, a 10 min dal centro di Ksamil. È un albergo a conduzione familiare, i ragazzi che ci lavorano sono molto gentili, educati e accoglienti, e solo per questo meriterebbero un voto molto alto.

L’hotel non ha l’ascensore e noi avevamo camera al terzo piano. Non ci è piaciuta la colazione e la cena, avendo la mezza pensione. In particolare per la colazione non sono previste bevande calde ( come cappuccino o caffè espresso fatto al momento) ma solo a pagamento, e ci sono solo latte freddo in bottiglia e caffè in caraffa per tutti, e poche opzioni per colazione dolce italiana. Per la cena invece ci sono solo 3 portate, ovvero insalata mista, zuppa, e secondo, servite al tavolo, non a buffet, senza nessuna possibilità di scelta da parte del cliente e il menù è fisso per tutta la settimana.

La camera, venduta come matrimoniale deluxe e in realtà una singola con due letti appaiati che occupavano tutta la stanza, la mancanza di un armadio e con un microscopico mobiletto che cicostringeva a lasciare il bagaglio a terra.

Questo hotel è una vera gemma!

Hotel con una posizione centrale, ottima per raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro e altre attrazioni, anche a piedi. L’Hotel ha la reception e la sala ristorante separate, ma entrambi molto spaziose. Anche la camera era grande, accogliente, nuova , luminosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Lo staff molto gentile nonostante abbiamo fatto il check - in oltre l’orario previsto. Un punto in più per il servizio ristorante con piatti molto abbondanti e variegati, di cucina locale. Per la colazione c’è sia il buffet che il piano bar per le bevande calde. Ho potuto lasciare la macchina di fronte all’Hotel senza costi aggiuntivi e usufruire della Wifi gratuita. Ci tornerò sicuramente!
