Walkmill Barn

This is an exceptional, extremely beautiful converted barn, ideal for people who want to be away from any noise and crowds. It has a patio to sit on and is surrounded by trees, fields, and the host's beautiful garden. The location is also excellent if you plan to go hiking. There are great walks starting from the accommodation, and key Shropshire walks (according to our walking guidebook) are in short driving distance. A pub and a small shop are in short walking distance. The cottage is very well equipped and Rita is a fantastic host.

We had a very agreeable week in this comfortable, well-equipped and tastefully decorated barn conversion. Rita was a most friendly and forthcoming host and her "secret garden" lovely. Excellent location for discovering the Shropshire Hills and charming towns such as Church Stretton, Ludlow and Bishop's Castle. Recommended!

Good location, quaint and a bit quirky. Garden Ideal for dogs-bed very comfy.

A beautifully presented comfortable cottage in an amazing part of the country.

The beams above the bed, we both kept banging our heads, think the cottage beat us 10-0. Bathroom needed a bit more privacy.
