El paisaje que se ve desde la casa es increible, y la casa si bien tiene algunos años es muy cómoda y con detalles de muy buen nivel
El acceso por el camino interno del barrio tiene dificultades, no tanto porque es en zig zag y en subida sinó porque está muy poceado y con serrucho.
