Komfortabel, Gute Lauflage zum Stadtkern und das Meer, sehr ruhig, gute Betten, Parkplatz, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Laufnähe

Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern, sehr gut gelegen für Selbstversorger (Kaufland und co fußläufig erreichbar), Nähe zum Strand/Wanderweg nach Tucepi, ruhige Anlage (Nachbar sorgt sich immer um Ruhe;-)), Bushaltestelle in der Nähe, zwei Toiletten, Backofen
Im Haus keine Mülltrennung, Extraschalter für Boiler (wenn man wie wir alle "Lichtschalter "ausschaltet duscht man einmal kalt;-) es gibt jedoch ein Piktogramm am Boilerschalter - einfach genau hinschauen;-))
