A estrutura do flat é muito boa, muito organizado e limpo. O café da manhã atende muito bem as expectativas. Custo benefício muito bom.
Não é pé na areia. Poderia ter mais opções de lazer.

Gostei do condomínio, sua estrutura é localização.
Não gostei das panelas que não funcionam direito no fogão de indução, exceto 1 delas que nos salvaram nesse quesito, porém com bastante restrições. Não gostei da roupa de cama ( lençóis curtos e uma colcha de solteiro estava faltando. Travesseiros duros e desconfortáveis e os 2 ar condicionados estavam podres de sujo. Para poder dormir eu tive que lavá-los.
