Good location and apartment spacious and clean with good facilities.

No lock on Ski locker and it was full of other stuff so couldn’t use it anyway. Large terrace with the apartment but as nobody had bothered to keep it clear the snow it was pretty solid and unusable

The location was excellent, the apartment comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. The arrival was easy and so was the departure. Communication was easy at the beginning.

The apartment did not have enough towels, for four people and when I asked for additional ones they came two days later. I don't mind doing laundry, but te laundry machines took forever to dry the clothes. The first night, before going to bed I checked my bed for cleanliness as I always do when I stay at hotel or other lodging and I was horrified to find the bed full if hairs and other objects that should not have been there. I moved on to check the other two beds and it was the same issue. I took a video of the bed and sent it to the management company. They did not reply but then I called and was able to get someone on the phone. I explained the situation and they showed up with new bed linens for ME to change the beds, which I did, but I was completely disgusted. I don't believe the situation was handled correctly. They said that the cleaning company would come by the following day, but they never did. The other issue was that there was no mop, the vacuum cleaner had the hose for a 5 year old, and there was no carpet where one could clean the feet when coming into the apartment.
