Beautiful old building in the centre of Espalions.

Our host took us to the top floor of the 'Prison' with views of the garden and the street. It was such an amazing old property that we just loved it. Our host kindly brought our case up to our room. Both the toilet and shower rooms were spacious. It was the perfect place to stay as a number of restaurant was a two minutes walk away. The décor was beautifully done. We both loved the old flooring. The breakfast was perfect for our needs. Thank you so much.

Great place with very cool room. Wonderfully decorated. We were there a bit early but the man who owns it had no trouble coming to let us in. Breakfast was wonderful in a lovely room. All was good!

perfect stop over on small road trip

perfect location in nice small town. property recently upgraded or renovated in excellent detail, but keeping original features where possible. Patrice prepared an excellent breakfast including home made items. Also, very kindly helped us understand the location better and pointed us in the direction of some wonderful places to stop.

Cadre très agréable et confortable. La maison à été rénovée et décorée par le propriétaire avec beaucoup de goût ! La situation au centre permet de visiter Espalion à pied depuis la maison d’hôtes. Maison d'hôtes proche du centre ville, rénovée et décorée avec un soin et une réflexion autant originale que pertinente. Notre hôte, véritable pèlerin, sait accueillir avec discrétion, courtoisie, professionnalisme et générosité. Nous avons adoré le confort du lieu et le partage avec notre hôte. Le petit déjeuner, inclus et délicieux, était parfait pour attaquer une nouvelle étape. Encore merci.

Élégance, classe et charme

Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux. Notre chambre était meublée avec un charme exceptionnel. La salle de bain était dotée de magnifiques équipements. Tout fonctionnait parfaitement. Le propriétaire est un excellent restaurateur et sait recevoir ses invités. Le petit-déjeuner était un vrai régal, avec de nombreux petits plus. Nous avons été très satisfaits et ne pouvons que le recommander.

Très belle découverte de cet établissement rénové avec soin et beaucoup de goût par notre hôte, qui nous a réservé un formidable accueil de surcroit. La qualité de la prestation dans son ensemble est tout simplement remarquable: chambre spacieuse et très bien décorée, PDJ au top avec des produits maison le tout dans une ambiance décontractée. Une superbe découverte ! La chambre d’hôte de Patrice est vraiment top . Superbe rénovation et décoration très sympa . Nous avions la chambre en rez de jardin , très agréable et très calme . La literie est extra . Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Patrice qui a été très disponible et agréable .. merci pour le conseil rando , c’était magnifique . Petit déjeuner varié avec des madeleines maison , miam ! Bref , ne passez pas à côté de ce petit endroit de paradis .. C’est certain nous reviendrons !

Cyclistes, passez votre chemin

Emplacement central, chambres d'un grand confort et petit déjeuner au top

L'accueil du propriétaire : nous étions 4 cyclistes et effectivement nous ne l'avions pas fait savoir lors de notre réservation. Nous avions lu dans un commentaire qu'il était possible de garer les vélos dans le garage voiture de la maison. Lors de notre arrivée, la première chose que le propriétaire nous a dit, ce n'est pas Bonjour, mais : encore des cyclistes qui n'ont pas prévenu, il va falloir que je prépare mon garage ( la préparation consistait ce jour là uniquement à sortir sa voiture car le garage n'était pas encombré par autre chose). Il l'a fait mais de manière forcée et malgré nos excuses il s'est montré très antipathique envers nous. Un comportement pareil est regrettable car cet établissement est plus que correct avec un petit déjeuner au top. Il y a des façons de dire les choses : finalement il a été aimable comme le nom de son établissement à savoir comme une porte de prison...

Hébergement à découvrir absolument !

Pour un retour à espalion cette année afin de poursuivre notre chemin de compostelle, nous avons souhaité reprendre le même hébergement et c est toujours au top!!! La chambre propre et confortable. Le proprio est très accueillant et petit plus, un petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits fait maison, un vrai régal! Encore merci
