No gas for the hobs when we got there. Vanessa had to go and get us a new bottle and I had to fit it as she had no clue how to do it No brooms or mops for us to clean up after ourselves Strong damp smell for the whole of the first day until it aired out. Somebody should of gone beforehand to air the place out First bed I slept in had broken slats underneath so I had to move room Outdoor bench completely unsafe. Gave way when we were sitting on it and I have a huge gash down my ankle Swimming pool tiny compared to the pic but not a problem as was quite chilly TV did not work at all. Was told that’s just the way it is Had to pay for bed sheets and pool towels which is no problem but the pool towels were ripped and stained all over
