    Excellent customer service at the front desk, in The Study, and with the housekeeping staff I met in the elevator. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was lovely (though it took a bit to heat up). Centrally located, and everything about it made my short stay fantastic. I even had a little view of the mountains from my room.

    We loved the hotel and everything about it. We're just disappointed that we did not get jazzuri in the bathroom when we booked it based on the description and picture. I was put in a different but nice hotel room with a standard bathroom.

    The hotel was just okay. We were hoping for an elevated stay at the Teatro. I admire the old charm, but our sink didn’t drain properly, there was a bit of a stench, our shower wouldn’t maintain a temp, and our plug in ac barely blew cold air. Tried to order coffee from the cafe and had to do it from the nickel. On a positive note. The car service is an awesome addition. Love the touch of Prosecco at check in, and the bed is comfy.
