Excellent stay from the reception to the departure. The apartment was really nice and the facilities were top notch. I will definitely go back when I am in DC again.

Das Apartment war geräumig und die Möbel waren von guter Qualität.
Ich rate sehr, diese Unterkunft und die Vermieter von Pure Voyage zu meiden. Der einzige Kontakt mit einem namenlosen Mitarbeiter bestand über Whatsapp, was nur zeitweise möglich war. Das Wohnhaus heißt Haden, und der Concierge dort hat keinen Kontakt mit Pure Voyage. Diverse Mängel der Wohnung wurden nicht behoben. Der Gipfel war, dass man meinen Leihwagen aus der Garage abschleppen ließ, obwohl ich alle Parkgebühren bezahlt hatte. Kundenservice gab es null.
