Beautiful Apartment by the Sea with AC in Playa San Juan

Very good location and town. It’s a calm beach town but you have places open till 22-23 with nice food and drinks. It was enjoyable. Also it was close to Los Gigantes, Playa del Duque and other main beaches. Very close to the main road basically 2 min by car. The apartment is in a nice building, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! And we really liked the little balcony, especially in the evening it was an amazing view of the sky and sea. You also can do your laundry on the rooftop there is a room with the washing machine. And the rooftop is also a very nice place to see the sunset. We always found parking too there.

I understand that the owners are taking good care of the apartment but it seemed like too many rules. There was too much emphasis on leaving the place with minimum cleaning (although we did of course), and being too careful in the apartment. A bit too much. It is mentioned in the legal requirements and you need to leave a 150 euros deposit. We got it back swiftly after leaving so all good! Regarding the check in, my recommendation to the owners is to have a key box cause we had miscommunication about when and where to pick up the key. We had to decide exactly the time. As we were on vacation I was not sure when we get there so having fixed times for check in was not the best.

Er is overal aan gedacht, zoals stoeltjes en een parasol om mee te nemen, fijn appartement in een rustige buurt en bijna alles is vlakbij zoals restaurants, strand, bakker en slager.

Sehr gute Lage, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der Uferpromenade entfernt. Gute Klimaanlage, sauberes Bad. Bequemes Bett, moderne Fernseher.

Zustand der Möbel z.T. schon abgenutzt/ mit Makeln, Sauberkeit in der Küche (offene Nahrungsmittelpackungen der Vermieter im Schrank), daher auch trotz täglicher Küchenreinigung Kakerlaken und Schaben. Die Küchenausstattung ist nicht für ausgiebige Koch-Sessions geeignet.
