Location is excellent about 10 mins from Spanish steps and the terrace is fantastic and why I booked kitchen area is very well equipped too. Communication was really good

Internet WiFi went down after first night did message and owner was going to reset. It didn’t work but in fairness I didn’t chase it up as we had our Mobile data and were only there to sleep etc so all good Only other small negative was when I booked (before paying) I messaged to advise we wouldn’t be arriving until close to midnight and asked if this was an issue. They advised it wasn’t. I paid a couple of weeks before I travelled and about a week or so before arrival, I received a notice that check in is till 10pm after this it’s €30 before midnight and €50 after midnight. So it did add on unexpected costs to the accommodation cost. I just feel it could have been communicated when I asked and told them what time I was likely to arrive or put it on the check in times on the listing for transparency

The location was wonderful. Loved the patio and the bottled water was very appreciated!

The toilet water runs constantly and the air conditioner paddles weren’t working so the air didn’t move around well. A fan in the bedroom could have helped that.

Appartement très bien situé, magnifique terrasse, hôte disponible, nous avons réservé à la dernière minute suite à une annulation de logement de dernière minute.

Nous avons eu beaucoup de pluie la nuit, le velux de la chambre fuit ainsi que le toit du salon (photo), il était très compliqué de dormir dans ces conditions. La température de la douche est très variable même si on ne touche pas aux températures, elle devient glacée puis brûlante, c'était compliqué avec un enfant.
