One half of this old, thatched-roof farmhouse houses the 100-square-meter "Königsmeerblick" vacation rental, which spans three levels. The apartment, with a total of 4 rooms, sleeps 6 people. It is laid out as follows: On the first floor, there is a living room, an entryway, a kitchen-diner, a storage room, and a guest restroom with a washer and dryer, which are available for your use free of charge. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. A staircase leads from the first floor to the attic, which houses the third bedroom with two single beds—ideal for children. At “Königsmeerblick,” guests can enjoy cozy evenings by the wood-burning stove. Outside, there is a shared sauna. The Reethaus is a smoke-free home; pets are welcome by arrangement. For families with small children, a high chair, crib, children’s toys, and books are available. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, range hood, washing machine, and, of course, plenty of dishes, silverware, and pots. The house features an LCD TV, satellite TV, CD player, radio, and Wi-Fi and DSL internet access. From nearly every window in this apartment, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the ocean. Also facing the sea is the large sun terrace with teak furniture, which is accessible directly from the kitchen area. In the garden of the 10,000-square-meter property, there is garden furniture available and a lawn for sunbathing. The property has its own private access down to the beach, which at this point consists of pebbles and sand. On the steep shoreline right next to the house, there is a hiking and biking trail with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. Altenkirchen, with excellent shopping, is about 4 km away; Juliusruh, with restaurants and shops, is about 3 km away; and Cape Arkona is about 6 km away.
