Lovely Family sized 3 bedroom Colonial home, close to restaurant.

Overall we had a positive experience. The house looks old from the outside but has had some recent upgrades inside and it was clean and comfortable and safe. In addition to the three bedrooms there are some nice common spaces downstairs and upstairs for hanging out. The air inside was a bit stale, suggesting that windows and doors have not been opened in a while to air things out. As previous renters have commented, both bathrooms are upstairs, which works well for able people, but may be challenging for persons with injuries or the elderly. The outside areas were a bit overgrown with vegetation and needed cleaning, but they were still nice for hanging out. The location was excellent for our needs, visiting family nearby, and the neighborhood was quiet. The host, Dalos, was very responsive and accommodating. When we arrived, there was an issue with the electricity and someone called quickly to help resolve things and then an electrician was sent the next available work day to check on the breaker box.

The host was very responsive with questions

House was as described. It worked out perfect for our needs

The host had some nice touches with breakfast pods, water bottles, breakfast bars and washer detergent. The problem was there were carpenter ants in the living room near the sliding door. The host offered to call in pest control but we opted to get a can of ant spray and use it. This house doesn’t have air conditioning which I didn’t notice when reading the information online. Think if they resolve those issues, I would recommend them.
