Close to sledding, snowboarding, and more, this family-friendly apartment brings it all within reach. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 1-minute walk to Vinschgau Valley or the 12-minute walk to Stelvio National Park.

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink on the balcony of this 377-sq-ft apartment. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and DVD player.

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental features a dining area, a BBQ grill, and a safe. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with a stovetop, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And there's access to laundry facilities, so you can even pack a bit lighter.

Zum zweiten Mal im Haus Alpenheim zu Gast fühlten wir uns wieder sehr herzlich willkommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Auch mit Tipps für Wandertouren wird man bestens versorgt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die moderne, geräumige Küche hat alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Zimmer sind zwar durch einen Flur getrennt (wie in der Beschreibung angegeben), aber das wussten wir ja und es hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir waren zu dritt im Urlaub (2 Erw., 1 Kind) und fanden dafür die Größe der Wohnung bestens geeignet. Der Balkon mit schöner Aussicht ist prima zum Entspannen nach den Wandertouren. Nebenan ist ein schöner Spielplatz. Vom Haus Alpenheim kann man direkt schöne Wanderungen starten, ohne fahren zu müssen. Weitere Top-Touren sind nach kurzer Autofahrt erreichbar, wobei man für manche Strecken auch gut die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen kann. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, dennoch sind kleine Läden gleich „um die Ecke“ zu Fuß erreichbar. Über den kostenlosen WLAN-Zugang sowie die Vinschgau-Card haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Für uns hat der Vinschgau und Haus Alpenheim alles für einen rundum perfekten Urlaub und wir kommen im nächsten Jahr gern wieder! :)

Wir wurden liebevoll aufgenommen , und hatten eine super Zeit. Für Motorradfahrer ein toller Ausgangspunkt für schöne Touren , in die Schweiz , Richtung Meran (Timmelsjoch),Stilfzerjoch direkt in der nähe. Zum wandern eine super schöne Gegend. Die Zimmer waren sauber , aufgeräumt und gemütlich. Alles in allem eine super Woche.

+ Sehr saubere, moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung + ruhige Lage zwischen Bergmassiven + gute Betten + Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß keine 50m weg (Supermarkt, Metzger, Bäcker) + Guter und billiger Nahverkehr im Vinschgau + sicherer Parkplatz + schöner Ausblick beim Frühstücken vom Balkon + Vermieter informiert umfangreich über alles in der Region + sehr nette Vermieter, die nicht nur das nötigste für ihre Kunden machen - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas teurer wie im Tal - Herd erfordert Fingerspitzengefühl - Keine "geschlossene" Wohnung (uns hats aber nicht gestört)
