House was big and has space for lots of people. However the BBQ was dirty and unusable. The downstairs/basement had spider webs all over and made it unpleasant to be down there. There was 1 pot, couple pans to use for cooking. For a house that sleeps 16 and for the price we paid, the cooking situation was not up to that standard. It was unfortunate as the house was huge and perfect for the size of group we had.

House was very spacious and easily could sleep 8-10 adults (4 couples) and 4-8 kids in bunk room. Shared baths though (two full baths upstairs for 5 bedrooms). Place is comfortable but could use some TLC—chipped paint, loose linoleum in main bath, several ceiling light bulbs burned out, some (bathroom) windows don’t open, empty hooks where art once hung (sparse decor). There is no central air (portable floor AC in bedrooms), and the main living space was quite hot in the afternoons in July. Kitchen has lots of basics (tons of coffee cups) but few extras (only one size of plate, no serving bowls). That said, it’s in a great spot and we were comfortable there. Nice outdoor propane fire pit area, plenty of big screen TVs. Easy to walk places.

While we enjoyed our visit and the home met our goals of all of us being together in one house, we really felt like the photos didn't really show the true nature of the house. It is a very large home with a lot of potential should it be updated and remodeled, but it is very dated and shabby in most places. The upstairs bedrooms don't have any window coverings, so there wasn't sufficient privacy. The bathroom windows don't open and since the house doesn't have air conditioning, that made it pretty miserable. Also, there aren't any window coverings in one of the upstairs bathrooms. We suggest that the property manager walk through and look at the place from the perspective of guests and make some small changes that would make a big difference.
