This typical Provencal mas is spread over 2 floors.
On the ground floor :
- the entrance of the house opens onto a beautiful living room (living room) with its Provencal fireplace
- an independent kitchen, fully equipped
- 1 beautiful bedroom with 1 bed 2x90 separable (= size of a bed 180) with its shower room / WC adjoining
- 1 laundry room
- 1 independent WC for guests
Heated/cooled floor on the ground floor
On the first floor :
- 1 bedroom with 1 x 90 cm bed (= size of a 180 cm bed) and its adjoining bathroom (bath / shower / WC)
- 1 room with 1 bed 2x90 separable (= size of a bed in 180) with its adjoining shower room (shower / WC)
- a large TV lounge with a Provencal elegance
Reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms

This fully enclosed Provencal garden has a beautiful salt water swimming pool (4x8), deckchairs and a shaded terrace with outdoor dining area. (BBQ + plancha)
