About this house rental
This charming classic beach cottage is ideally located for your vacation stay! Only a few minutes walk to the beach with a view of the ocean from the top porch, this two-story home is conveniently located five blocks from the center of town, with easy access to shopping and dining. Johnnie Mercer's fishing pier conveniently just five blocks north for fishing enthusiasts. Leave your cars behind, and enjoy a relaxing vacation at The Pink House where everything is within walking distance! A major restoration with new facade, front porches, outdoor stairs, and expanded kitchen for the top floor has just been completed! The Pink House features a unique garden and fenced in back yard to offer a space for you to relax or for children to play. Gas and Charcoal grills are available with propane supplied, with an additional fixed grill in backyard. Our Linen rental available at time of booking. Beach equipment is provided, including beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and carts. This is a wonderful home just a few houses away from the beach without having to cross a road! Ideal for families (beach carts, beach toys, great front porches) and just a short walk away from restaurants and shops. We had 2 families stay here and it worked well as both had separate kitchens and bathrooms. The upper unit was just remodeled and the kitchen is brand new with all new appliances!

We rented the entire house and it was the perfect set up with 2 families. We could be together, yet still have separate space for downtime! The house was clean, well stocked and so close to the beach (no roads to cross) which was incredible with little kids. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay here again.
