Right off the Square in downtown Springfield, this private 3rd floor apartment has a fantastic feel for those needing a secure and centrally located space. There are events happening all the time right near the building, and a ton of downtown energy all around! Spread out on the vegan leather sofa in front of the 60" LCD TV with streaming capabilities. Beautifully open space and sprawling natural sunlight will allow you a comfortable stay. Prepare your own meals in the updated kitchen with full size fridge, sink and countertops. Microwave, toaster and oven provided for all your cooking needs!
Enjoy the cozy primary bedroom with king size bed, along with a second bedroom that is equally as comfortable!

• Complete kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and sink
• Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster and oven.
• Sleep 2 in the primary bedroom and 3 in the 2nd bedroom on the twin-over-full bunkbeds. You can squeeze a sixth person on the couch in the living room if needed.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment on the 3rd floor of the building.

This was a great loft apartment! Felt very safe! Super cool decor in apartment! Very conveniently located! Walked to movie theater across the street! Great place! Bed super comfy!

The Upbeat Loft was clean, secure and charming. The location was convenient and very close to downtown restaurants and nightlife. Parking was very close, always available and being able to park in a garage was nice.
We would stay here again when travelling to Springfield.

The property was a fun departure from our typical VRBO full house rentals. The kids and our dog loved waking around the square. I'm sure we'll be back in the spring (if not sooner), when our nephew graduates.
Thank you for the earplugs and white noise machine. The "night life" motorcycles were a bit much.

Cute building. Cute loft. Walking distance to many downtown activities. Disposable earplugs were a fun find. Would love to stay again.
