This is located in downtown St. Louis on the corner of Olive and 10th street! It is a farmhouse loft with a Walk Score of 96 that is ideal for vacations, business travel, sporting events, and city exploration.
The Space:

The Neighborhood:
All of the major attractions, including the St. Louis Arch, Busch Stadium, and the Enterprise Center, are within a five-minute walk. A full-service grocery store is directly across the street, and a Starbucks is a block away.
Getting Around:
There are several parking options available at this Airbnb. There is always street parking available; however, it is first come, first served. The city owns a gated lot two blocks down the street, as well as a parking garage directly across the street. The garage is attached to Schnuck's Culinaria, and you can park there hourly or overnight for $20/day. These prices are subject to change based on city events (such as Cardinals baseball games), but the grocery store garage generally remains consistent.
There are also numerous excellent public transportation options. Laclede Cab is the most well-known cab company in St. Louis, but we also have UBER and LYFT. Bus stops are located directly outside the loft building, and a Metrolink station is located a block away at the intersection of 8th and Pine.

The apartment overall was very nice. The check in process was difficult. A window in the apartment would not completely close causing a lot of unwanted gnats. The toilet lid was broken. The area is a little sketchy with a lot of homeless people. Was unaware there would be no parking. Had to pay almost 200 to park in a city parking garage.
