We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Villemur-sur-Tarn, this charming flat of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 28 m², an open plan kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden within an enclosed courtyard of about 10 m². Wifi (optical fibre), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 28 m² living room with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, fan, iron.

Outside :
- A walled garden - terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The flat is ideally located in Villemur-sur-Tarn, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
