About this apartment rental
Cozy little studio apartment, Perfect for your base camp when exploring all Alaska has to offer, or if you just need a place to stay for the night.
~We feel so lucky to have gotten this place a second time!! It is so nice and comfortable. Lovely decor and amenities. The TV is nice and the bed is very good. Love the huge bathroom and the refrigerator is awesome. Great parking and easy check-in. This is a gem! ~ Joseph~ 2022.

Full size fridge/freezer, stove (no oven), toaster, microwave, wifi, smart tv, full kitchen, basic cookware and serving utensils along with a coffee pot and Keurig.

Small yet cozy studio below main house with private entrance.
Queen size bed and futon couch (Best suited for a child or two on futon)for extra sleeping area.

Currently we do not have a washer or dryer for guest use.
There are several options in the area for laundromat's.
For longer stays or when needed we will wash or provide towels and linens.

The Midnight Sun Studio Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Stayed there while finding us a rental to set up and move into. Only thing I would caution is the driveway is a little on the steep side and in winter please use caution, they do sand the driveway but still please use caution.
Although I did caution about the driveway the stay was really good. Thank you for letting us stay.

We travel to Wasilla for our daughter’s sports activities and often want to stay somewhere besides where the team is and this small one-room place is in a convenient location and suits our needs just fine.

From the very beginning, my communication with Tyler was excellent. He was very thorough with all info; I felt comfortable showing up knowing that I was prepared and knew what to expect. Very lovely place, both outside and inside the room. There was a very thorough info / bio page, answering any questions I may have had during my stay, before I even knew I had a question! Everything went very well.Bed was very comfortable. I felt very safe. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, and would recommend to anyone!
