- This unit accommodates a maximum of 6 guests only, strictly limited to 4 adults and 2 children.
- Please confirm the total number of guests with us before booking.
- All guests are required to complete the Gateway Form, a mandatory HOA requirement prior to arrival. Kindly provide your email address so we can send the form to you in advance.

* A minimum rental period of 7 days is required, and occupancy is restricted to two adults and one child under six per bedroom.
* Guests must be 25 years of age and must show a photo ID (driver`s license)
* All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and prior to arrival.
* When you make a reservation for this property, you authorize the property manager to employ a third-party service for identity verification and criminal background checks to confirm your booking. The property manager can furnish detailed terms related to guest screening upon request. You may receive an email to complete the screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact us if you have any questions.

* No pets or dogs are allowed here. Damages incurred despite this reminder will incurred charges and fees.
* No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
* Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
* If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)
* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
* No fireworks
* There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only
* Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 pm-7 am
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $42 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:
