-- Outdoor Space: Large, heated outdoor deck, gas grill, expansive mountain views
-- Dining: Seating for 10 and bar seating 5+ at the kitchen island
-- Laundry: Private in-home washer/dryer
-- Parking: 2 Garage spots plus 2 driveway spots
-- Standard Amenities: High speed Internet,Cable, linens provided

-- Air Conditioning: NO. Due to the mild high alpine climate, many properties are not equipped with air conditioning.
What to be aware of:
- The road & driveway are plowed regularly but we always recommend an all-wheel drive vehicle in the winter due to the high alpine environment.
- There is an exterior camera that monitors driveway conditions during heavy Winter snowfall, as well as animal activity (bears, moose, etc.) for the benefit & safety of our guests. The camera is at the front of the house and incapable of viewing/recording guests in private spaces.

Wonderful and spacious, with everything we needed and more! We loved spending Christmas at this beautiful mountain home. Great views from the heated porch and hot tub after skiing. Property manager was very communicative and even put up a Christmas tree for our stay!! We will definitely be back. The kids enjoyed the queen beds and space upstairs.

This vacation home was perfect for our family, who was in town for a wedding. Both the house and neighborhood are beautiful! Adam, the property manage, was great and always responded to my questions in a timely manner. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay her again.

What a perfect home to stay in. Great location, wonderful neighborhood. House was very clean, and comfortable. Great proximity to Breckenridge and Dillion lake.
Loved being able to relax after a long hike on the patio. Loved the space and how cozy it was.
