About this apartment rental
Beautifully renovated, furnished one bedroom apartment with views galore and lots of natural light. Queen bed and daybed with trundle. Stocked kitchen with new appliances, including DW, gas range, refrigerator, microwave and full size front load washer and dryer, private deck, and a shared hot tub. Off street parking. Also, Take advantage of dial-a-ride in the neighborhood for easy access within Snowmass Village. The apartment is centrally located. Only 1 mile from Base Village lifts, restaurants, shops.
Minimum stay is 29 days. Lease is negotiable. For long term lease, rent is $3000/month. Require First and last month rent plus $1500 security and pet deposit if applicable. $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the lease.
Owner pays for utilities including internet.
No smoking of any kind on the property; including outdoors. Dogs are also negotiable. Tenant will be responsible for keeping their deck and walkway cleared of snow in the winter months. Parking is in a shared driveway.

The location is perfect, the only issue is the side stairs to access the apartment which could be trick in snowy days

We really enjoyed our stay at Heather's property. It was clean, included all of the essentials, and was in a convenient location in Snowmass Village. The views from the front door could not be beat. Heather's communication was top-notch, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. This property was an excellent deal when most properties in the Aspen area can be overly pricey. We would return without hesitation.

We decided to take a short getaway to check out Snowmass and the Aspen area. The location was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. The host Heather was very reachable. We definitely would stay here again!
