Enjoy a relaxing stay at The Bluffs, a modern 2 bed, 2 bath bungalow with full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and private patio & firepit overlooking the Windsor Hills Neighborhood. fJust minutes from SoFi Stadium, The Bluffs is the perfect place to stay while visiting LA, catching a Rams game, or working remotely in a new city. We have central heating and cooling, brand new memory foam mattresses, and rainfall showers. Order in, cook a meal, and enjoy The Bluffs We are also PET FRIENDLY (please ask the host for the fee)
Cancellation & Processing Fees
If you choose to cancel your reservation, our standard cancellation policy will apply. In addition, please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. As a result, 4% of the total amount paid will not be returned, since these fees are incurred for accepting payments through our payment processing service
The Bluffs is a 2 bed, 2 bath guest house located directly behind a single family home on a quiet street in the Windsor Hills neighborhood of LA. The unit itself has a full size kitchen with oven, stove top, large fridge and tons of storage. There’s also a washer / dryer in the unit along with 2 smart TVs. Each bedroom also has a bathroom so there’s ton’s of room for up to 4 people. The bluffs also has a private backyard area complete with fire pit, chairs and a beautiful view. Perfect for daytime or night.
Guests will enter through the driveway gate and have access to the entire guest house and backyard.
You can always call me, I’m available between 8am - 10pm seven days a week
Windsor Hills is a quiet, upscale neighborhood located in the southern part of Los Angeles, located between Culver City and Ladera Heights.
Uber / Lyft or rental car is the best option
Please note there are two units on this property, The Bluffs & a main house in the front. Please do not go into or bother the people in the main house for any reason.
There is also street sweeping twice a week so while parking is free be aware of when street sweeping is and do not park during it.
THERE WILL BE NEIGHBORHOOD ROAD CONSTRUCTION BETWEEN 4/1 & 6/17, IF PARKING IS EFFECTED THERE WILL BE A SIGN UP 48 HOURS PRIOR
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement after they book, it`s very simple and straightforward.
There is no driveway parking, only street parking but there`s plenty of spaces!
*Outdoor cameras are present and are triggered by motion.
Please note there are two units on this property, The Bluffs & a main house in the front. Please do not go into or bother the people in the main house for any reason.

primary guest must sign rental agreement prior to their arrival, agreement will be sent after booking is confirmed and you can digitally sign it
DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.
Guests who cancel within the applicable cancellation window will receive a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by payment platforms or software providers.
pets are allowed however there is a $100 fee per pet
no parking in the driveway
no guests unless OK`d by host

Was an awesome stay in a great area of the city, easy access to gas, food, and highway.Was very clean and solid amenities like washer/dryer, gas stove, and a fireplace thats easy to use.Was the perfect spot to experience LA and have a comfortable home to live in.

First, let me say that Josh and Madison are the best co-hosts I have ever interacted with. During my stay, I had many (self-inflicted) issues, and they were always available to assist me. Kudos to you both!This property is a little hidden gem. It is impeccably decorated, well-appointed, and as comfortable as my home. It was surprisingly spacious and stocked with everything I needed. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.I struggled a bit to check in because I arrived after dark. As I am not a California native, I didn't realize the house numbers were painted on the curb. I dragged my suitcase up and down the street until, in desperation, I called Madison for assistance. Perhaps you could add details to the description, such as the x-number of houses from the main road.The home thermostat was a bit tricky to operate, but again, Josh and Madison came to my rescue.I plan to visit LA often and will book this property whenever it is available.
