The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very clean with all necessities. Code is a little weird to get in but overall really nice place a bit smaller than anticipated.

There were bugs, ants got in a bag. Flying Bugs, bugs on the bed, contacted the host and owner, the response were they needed proof! asked for documentation, the chimney had noise everyday coming from it, don’t know if something is in there or not. Constantly contacted the host about the bug issues, no one was ever sent out, we weren’t offered money back nor a stay wt a different location! I complained many times to be sure I notify the host of the issues each day. There were trash under the beds on the first night we arrived! Cleaners do not clean how they’re supposed to! There were minor issues but the bugs were the worst. The stay was not up to par. I wouldn’t stay here again.
