This property is in a strict HOA presence. They require guests to be 25 years of age and must inhabit a rented unit. You are NOT allowed to have guests during Spring Break or Easter Holiday (Semana Santa). From Memorial Day to Labor Day, all guests are required to purchase and wear a La Solana wristband for $5.00
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
**** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.
This home maintains a strict no-party and no Spring Break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. The condo was beautiful and it was very clean. I actually saw a seagull eat a crab out of the backyard! The pool was nice. The lighting in the unit was odd. A lot of switches were reversed and some remotes worked and some didn't. We had to go buy some spray disinfectant to keep the kitchen clean and wish there had been a broom available to sweep the sand up (there was only a small hand broom). All things considered it was a fantastic vacation & our first time using Vrbo. We'll probably plan on bringing simple cleaning supplies & things like foil next time.

Perfect place to fish, watch fireworks and relax while still being close to the beach. We were extremely comfortable, would love to stay here again.

I wouldn’t say the place is terrible, but you won’t be too comfortable staying here unless you enjoy being in a semi run down property. I understand the wild life that could be out and about at night but maybe have a screen door should be installed so a possum doesn’t walk up to the front door I also wouldn’t call large roaches wildlife especially indoors. The towels were dirty, light fixtures hanging on for dear life, the tv’s are so outdated the software can’t run Netflix so good thing they have cable, at least it’s near a lot of restaurants, bars, and the beach.
