About this house rental
Scenic Solitude on Weiss Lake boasts majestic water views throughout the entire property. This waterfront property has its own private pier, with year-round deep water. 4 bedrooms/4 baths: Main level-3 bedrooms/3 baths, open-living kitchen/dining area. Lower level-1 bedroom, 1 bath, entertainment/kitchen/living, game room, foosball, bumper pool, lots of board games & outdoor ping pong. Bonfire area with seating. Adult and children`s kayaks available. Splash pad available (May - Oct 1).
There are two levels with sleeping areas master, guest bedroom one and two located on main level - and guest three on lower level.
Firm parking policy - Limit of four vehicles - or three vehicles and a small boat trailer. (If bringing a small boat trailer it must be backed all the way down our road, the road ends into our driveway and there is no turnaround) No street parking.
Primary residence, yard, and pier.
Check-in/out is contactless.
Quiet, small, neighborhood with great neighbors.
When parking, please use designated driveway for this property only. Do not use neighboring driveways when arriving or departing.
Boat lift is not available for guests, but you can tie boat at the dock. There is no power at the dock.
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and is required to be present during the entire stay.
To dispose of garbage during your stay, please bag and tie all waste and dispose of in the receptacle located at the rear of the garage.
Smoking is not permitted on the property
No pets allowed - Feel free to contact WLC for pet boarding options
If damage to the property occurs during your stay, please contact WLC by phone as soon as the incident occurs.

This lakefront property provided a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the upper deck each morning. The rental was well-stocked with everything we needed (t.p., paper towels, shampoo, body wash, garbage bags, cotton balls, Q-tips, cookware, dish/hand soaps, dishwasher detergent). We spent most of the days floating in the lake- the kayaks, paddle board, and splash pad were much-appreciated! Inside, we had fun holding tournaments for foosball and bumper pool. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with.

We were in town for a wedding at a nearby venue. Had plenty of space for the extended family. Amazing location close to Leesburg.
