About this apartment rental
Our recently renovated condo on the first floor has everything you could need. Access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street to sugar-white beach sand and emerald green water. If the gulf doesn’t suit you, enjoy the calm waters of the sound on the opposite side of the island, the beachfront can even be seen from the patio balcony. When you’ve had enough salt for the day, take a dip in the amazing pool at the complex.

I stayed here for a few days to chill out at the ocean. The place was very clean, quiet and relaxing. The hosts were very communicative, they listed their expectations and guidelines in the listing and in a binder. They had provided pool towels, folding chairs, and beach toys.

Lovely spot for our family, very clean, great location

Nice and clean place. Only bad thing was the door to the balcony didn't lock. We were worried someone might come in while we were away/asleep. Our belongings could have been stolen. Waiting for the maintenance person to come by but never did.
