About this apartment rental
Private studio on the 10th floor of the iFreses building—fully equipped and comfortable for a short stay in the heart of Curridabat. It’s very close to universities and shopping centers, and it’s a strategic location for travelers looking for a base in the heart of Costa Rica from which to plan and enjoy their trip in this wonderful country.
The space
An intimate yet open space. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow this small, cozy space to be filled with light and positive energy. The combination of the apartment’s simple, neutral elements with the colors of the surrounding landscape allows guests to experience a deep sense of tranquility.
Guest access
The building features several amenities, some located on the 1st floor next to the lobby and others on the 25th floor. Among them are the heated pool, BBQ area, games room, a workspace known as “iWork,” the music room—where you can enjoy activities like karaoke—and finally the cinema room, designed for watching movies.
In addition to these, there is a fully equipped gym, an art room, a climbing wall, a calisthenics park, and a laundry room, among other facilities.
Other things to note
There is private parking in the first tower featuring Speedy Parking technology—the first of its kind in Central America. There is a slight restriction on the size of the cars it can accommodate. This is usually not a problem, but certain car models have protrusions or accessories that trigger the sensors, making it impossible to park in the tower. Please keep this in mind if you plan to park your vehicle in the tower.
