About this house rental
Newly built cozy wooden house of 100 m2 with a view of the lake and forest. The house is located on a 4,500 m2 large natural plot down to Vittsjö. Peacefully located on a private road. Large lawn for ball games. New shelter for overnight stays and play.
Furnished conservatory and large terrace. Two-person hot tub (max 40 degrees), which can be childproofed with a heavy lid.
Nearby there is canoe and rowboat rental: 500m, Fishing and mushroom hunting: 50 m, Beach: 300m, Bus: 500m, Train: 2km, Supermarket, ATM, Pizzaria 2km. Approx. 80 Mbit 5G internet 100 Mb included.
Guests do the final cleaning. Everything is left in the same condition or replaced.
Please bring your own sheets, covers, towels.
Electricity is charged separately at cost price if consumption exceeds 100 kWh, (due to Aircon, Hot tub, Hi power plug for electric car).
No fur animals due to allergies.

What a beautiful, peaceful place. The house is spacious and has a beautiful view on the lake. The large garden around the house was also very nice for the kids to play football and other outdoor games. The house is centrally located, but very quiet (day and night). In the village (5 minutes by car) there is a good supermarket (comparable prices as in the Netherlands), at the campsite nearby we rented two canoes with life jackets for a day, we went to a park with mooses (20 minutes by car), on a rainy day we visited the Ikea museum (40 min by car), we also spent a day in a climbing park, Kungsbygget äventyrspark, for climbing, ziplining and summer tobogganing (40 min by car) and another day to the beautiful city of Lund (a little further: 1 hour and 20 minutes, but well worth it). The nature park on the other side of the lake across the house, Ubbalt, is also beautiful (with marked routes) and easy to hike also for children. Be sure to bring swimsuits, because you will come across a number of beaches along the way. We really enjoyed the house with the heated bath outside and the area for 10 days. Highly recommended!
