The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric double oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and dining seating for six people, and a sitting room with TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and an adult-bunk, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with patio and furniture and an enclosed side garden with lawn and a bench, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.8 miles you will find a shop, and within 1.1 miles, a pub and please note two well-behaved pets are allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 3 Penllan Cottages is a peaceful dwelling, ideal for families and groups of friends who want to enjoy the tranquillity of North Wales. Further afield is the seaside resort of Colwyn Bay, where you can take a walk down the promenade and indulge in some fish and chips beside the sea or even take a train to Chester for the day and explore!
