Villa Kallisto is a luxurious, autonomous and independent residence. The villa can accommodate 4-6 persons (up to 6 using sofa beds). It includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 open concept kitchen and living room with a fireplace and a big veranda.
Internally, the villa has a water massage and an Italian kitchen with a granite counter and backsplash, electric appliances (electric oven and stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing-machine) of Miele brand
Externally there is a large swimming-pool, a garden, a courtyard which is paved with stone, a barbecue, a water tank, a veranda covered with a wooden pergola and parking space of 2 cars with direct access to the residence.
It has an amazing panoramic view to the Ionian Sea and the city of Lefkada.
This villa is in a complex of five luxurious villas situated a little bit before the village Spanochori, approximately ten minutes drive from the town of Lefkada and offer spectacular view on Ionian Sea. Each villa can accommodate 4-6 persons.
The village Spanochori is one of the oldest villages in the Sfakiotes area. It is extremely picturesque village with vivid planting and panoramic view to Lefkada and the Ionian Sea. Each villa is placed in about 2.000 s.m. . Their names are from the Nymphs of Greek Mythology. Each villa is autonomous and independent from the others and is surrounded by stoned walls and plants. Each villa offers complete security and privacy. There is yard and garden with many plants and grass, parking for two cars, large private swimming pool and children's pool for each villa. All villas are fully equipped and provide TV satellite, DVD, radio-CD, wash machine and dish-washer, bath-tub Jacuzzi, air conditioning.
Maintenance and services for the cleaning of pool are provided. Renting car is recommended and we will be glad to provide this service.
