22 Plaza Carlotta is a centrally located vacation rental. Within a short walk down pedestrian-only streets, you'll find the convenience and the relaxation you are looking for with all that Las Catalinas has to offer. Please note that access to the main condo involves approximately 10 steps.
The Space:
Enjoy the experience of Las Catalinas pedestrian-only streets, find it easy to grocery shop at Copper and Stone Gourmet Market, or get pampered at Wake Day Spa. Not to mention the access to all of the natural beauty here with nearby trails, beaches, and all of your favorite ocean activities.
This vacation home features outdoor terraces in both bedrooms and the living room which brings fresh air and the charming sounds of small, neighborhood streets into the home. They serve as a constant reminder of all of the wonder that lies just outside and connects the interior of the home in a way that naturally encourages guests to spend time together.
The kitchen and dining have an open concept that leads to the terrace, showing a full naturally illuminated space for a serene atmosphere of luxurious immersion in the surroundings. In addition to the timbered ceilings and the overall decoration gives you that sensation warm feeling of home. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to cook at your ease. The property features a smart TV where guests can access their own streaming services, but cable service is not provided.
The bedrooms each have their own ensuite bathrooms, allowing you to have personal time in a peaceful and quiet environment every night. The guest room’s queen-base bunk bed with a trundle bed (queen bed) creates enough space to sleep 4 in this flat. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.
A full washer and dryer are on hand for when you need to clean gear to prepare for another day on the trails, around town, or in the ocean. We provide many bonus items for our guests such as folding beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee/tea, creamer, soaps, and shampoo.
In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.

Las Catalinas is located on a majestic 1,100-acre property, an architecturally unique Mediterranean Style Beach Town that is totally walkable and offers many on-site amenities such as an ocean view beach club, several restaurants, grocery store Copper & Stone, spa, gym, hotel, cafe, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, hiking and biking trails, and more! The beach is only a 1-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding.
The town is vehicle-free and makes a great place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation possible!

When you stay at Carlota #22, you’ll enjoy exclusive beach club access included in your reservation savings of $30 + tax per person, per night. Spend your days relaxing in a beautifully designed space with a pool and gym, creating the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.
Elevate your experience even further with a full menu of food, refreshing drinks, and additional wellness services such as a sauna and cold plunge pool available for purchase, allowing you to indulge as much or as little as you like every day of your stay.

Condo decorate a beautifully, very comfortable, completely noise proof and in a great location. It was perfect for our family for my husband and our two teenage children. I have everything we needed and the property managers were very responsive and helpful. It’s right across from the beach and all the restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Fantastic stay in Las Catalinas! The condo was excellent - very comfortable with modern appliances and amenities. The patio was the highlight with plenty of seating and great views of the ocean and the square below. The beach is a short walk from the condo and they equipped the place with everything you need for a trip to the beach. Also, Julio and Nicole were super helpful and communicative the whole trip! Highly recommend!

Beautiful and spacious, with all the amenities! The host has thought of everything! Comfortable beds, A/C, Bluetooth speaker, bar ware, water filter, plenty of toiletries, boogie boards…the list goes on! Great view of the restaurants and ocean beyond from huge covered porch, and a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Our luggage was transported for us, after a quick and easy check-in. The concierges were very friendly and helpful—can arrange transportation anywhere, make dinner reservations, or book an excursion for you! Had a wonderful time—thank you!

The property was amazing and the accomodations were fantastic. We had everything we needed and more. Blue Zone did a wonderful job making ALL of our arrangements for transportation and excursions. We HIGHLY recommend Las Catalinas and we would definitely come back!!!
