We propose you to rent, on the commune of Paimpont, this charming air-conditioned farmhouse in the heart of the nature with swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, of a surface of 350 m ² and being able to accomodate until 15 travellers. It is composed of a lovely 56 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, seven beautiful bedrooms, five bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 7,400 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- A living room of 56 m² with dining area and fireplace (wood provided)
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, freezer, dishwasher, hotplates, espresso machine...
- A separate living room with large sofa, TV, pool table and Bluetooth speaker
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180X200) with a private bathroom (shower) and WC.

The ground floor is completed by a duplex flat composed of :
- Living area with sofa bed and TV
- Sleeping area with a king-size bed (180x200)
- A shower room with WC

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160x200) that can be separated into two single beds
- Bedroom 4: a queen-size bed (160x200) that can be separated into two single beds
- Bedroom 5 : a double bed (140x200)
- Room 6 : a king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 7 : a king-size bed (180x200) with a private bathroom (shower)
- A bathroom (bathtub + walk-in shower)
- A separate toilet

All rooms can be prepared with two single beds (80x200).

Wellness area :
- An overflowing jaccuzzi for 6 people, accessible all year round.
- A sauna accessible all year round.
- A shower room with showers + WC

Outside :
- A private swimming pool of 10x4 metres, open all year round, located under a sliding cover that can be opened to enjoy the sun (lockable cover for child safety). The pool is surrounded by a 130 m² terrace.
- A beautiful garden of 7,400 m² equipped with garden furniture and table, petanque court, ping-pong table
terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Paimpont, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, on the edge of the Brocéliande forest. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- On foot, by bike or on horseback, take advantage of more than 200 marked circuits in the Brocéliande country.
Go through the door of secrets at Paimpont and then follow the paths of the legendary forest in search of the Fountain of Youth, Merlin's tomb, Vivian's house, the fountain of Barenton and dare to enter the valley of no return.
Walkers or experienced walkers, let yourself be carried away by the imagination of Broceliande by walking through the forest, accompanied by a storytelling guide or by participating in treasure hunts (geocaching).
- Discover the cultural heritage: Come and visit the churches, chapels, manors and castles. Near the gite, don't miss the unmissable Comper castle and the Viviane fairy lake which houses the Arthurian imaginary centre.
- Enjoy the local produce by browsing the surrounding markets (Tuesday to Sunday all year round), producer shops and farms.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private and enclosed car park which can accommodate up to 10 vehicles.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Rennes train station (about 40 minutes)
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport (about 30 minutes)
- Electric bikes available on request.

- The fireplace is functional, wood is provided.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
