About this cabin rental
Welcome to the Owl’s Nest! Perched high up on a mountain knoll that backs up to Pisgah National Forest outside of Hot Springs, North Carolina and near to epic Max Patch Bald. This awesome cabin is an excellent place to have fun with your family and friends in a secluded and peaceful setting with plenty of room for all.
The cabin features a spacious wraparound porch with Adirondack chairs and covered outdoor dining area complete with gas grill and fire pit. Vaulted ceilings and large picture windows, a cozy gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, movie lounge and game room.
The three bedrooms are carefully curated for comfort and style. The central living room and kitchen invite everyone in your group to share memorable times together. There is also a fun filled lower level that has air hockey, ping pong, space for cornhole, and a basketball shooting game. Plenty of board games included as well.
15 minutes to Max Patch, 30 minutes to Hot Springs, 1 + hour to Waynesville and Asheville. Our area offers many outdoor opportunities to adventure and explore including hiking along the Appalachian Trail, rafting the French Broad River, and fishing galore. If the weather is inclement or you just need a down day at home this cabin has to so much to offer! Did someone say gamenight?!?
The cabin is truly a home away from home where the owner's have thought of everything you may need. You only have to bring yourselves, luggage, and groceries. We want our guest not to worry about a thing.

Loved loved our time there. Host responded promptly with any questions we had. We mainly came up to renew our wedding vows at Max Patch, and the house’s location was conveniently close. Also Hot Springs is just a few minutes away. Our teenagers loved the games downstairs! Really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!!

There was no body wash in the house. There were large black ants all around. Other than that the house was very nice.

Our family had a great time staying in Hot Springs! The cabin was clean and spacious and there were many fun activities to do in the area including white water rafting, soaking in the hot springs, and even hiking with llamas! The only hiccup was that our front wheel drive vehicle had difficulty getting up the driveway upon arrival when weighted down with our luggage, but we didn’t have an issue the rest of the trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Great and relaxing stay with family! We loved the game room and sitting around the fire pit at night. Always love our trips to Hot Springs! Enjoyed fun hikes, hot tubs at the spa, and eating at the local restaurants - especially Spring Creek Tavern! Can't wait to return!
