Just a thirty minute drive to world class Taos Ski Valley, an 8 minute walk to town center, extensive local mountain biking, hiking and fishing opportunities makes this an ideal location. The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.
We accept dogs not cats for an additional $120 nonrefundable pet fee
If there are any issues upon arrival or during your stay, guest is required to contact the host and give them the opportunity to address any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay.
We no longer make exceptions to the published cancellation policy for any reason so if you want to be extra safe should you need to cancel, please purchase trip insurance.

Nice town. Wish we had AC. Did get cool about 11pm. Was never HOT but 79 was as warm as it got in the house on 90 degree days. We stayed in the mountains and river for our activities.
