Welcome to Visalia! Enjoy sunny California from this gorgeous and comfortable retreat!
The Space:
The clean, comfy interior will have you feeling right at home while outside you’ll find a vacation resort oasis! Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, pool, covered patio, and only minutes to downtown Visalia!
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the garage. No Garage Access at this time.
The Neighborhood:
Only a 3-minute drive from grocery stores and a 9-minute drive to downtown Visalia! There you’ll have restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips. Our downtown features a movie theater, cuisines from around the world, live theater, farmers markets, specialty and boutique shops. The Convention Center and Kaweah Delta Hospital are also located downtown. Centrally located, the home is only 49 minutes from Sequoia National Park, 2.5 hours to the gorgeous central coast, and 3+/- hours to San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Getting Around:
We suggest using your own vehicle to get around.
Other Things to Note:
The pool is NOT fenced. However, we have an alarm for the pool on the sliding door, we ask that you leave it on. All swimming and sunbathing are done at your own risk. If you are traveling with children who don’t know how to swim, please keep the doors locked at all times. All children, even those who know how to swim, must be supervised at the pool at all times. This house may not be used to host pool parties, or any other parties, at this time. Pool can be used year-round but it is not heated.
(To keep the pool in great shape for our guests)
Do not unhook/detach the pool sweeper. Do not throw rocks in the pool.
Do not place any items in the pool besides appropriate ones, such as pool toys

We stayed in this property for 5 nights while visiting family in the area. Location is great, close to shopping, restaurants, a very nice playground within walking distance. Pool was a nice treat on hot days. Furnitures are clean, comfortable. Only one major issue; We did not enjoy seeing roaches daily; either crawl out through kitchen sink in the morning or dead belly up right outside of sliding door to back patio. You can tell they do spray for critters but maybe there are just too many of them? We traveled with a 8 month old who is starting to crawl and put everything in his mouth which made this much more stressful. I religiously scrubbed kitchen surface, cleaned dishes and took out trash after every meal to still find them-mostly first thing in the morning. There are some spiders too as we encountered them and webs. Floor was not clean as you walk around a bit bare feet and find your sole quite dirty on our first day; I cleaned the floor so my baby can have clean surface to crawl on. Which brings to another minor issue; Limited cleaning supplies that you can use to clean; also couldn’t find trash bags so we bought some supplies from target nearby. Thermometer is remotely controlled and you can’t manually override it; we were freezing at night as temperature will go down to 68-70; I inquired about this at night and got texts and calls right away, although it didn’t get fixed. Overall it was ok for what we needed.
